Ingredients for Gola Kabab

  • 500gm Mutton Mince (Keema) 
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Whole Red Pepper
  • 1.5 Tbsp Gram Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder 
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • Fresh Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Onion
  • 2 Tsp Raw Papaya
  • 1 Tsp Yogurt
  • Oil 

How to Make Gola Kabab?

First of all, you need to make a Gola Kabab mixture. To do that, get a chopper and put 500gm Mutton Mince, 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder, 1 Tsp Ginger Powder, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder, 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds, and 1 Tsp Whole Red Pepper together. Then mix it with a spoon and make more space in the chopper.

Then add another ingredient such as 1.5 Tbsp Gram Flour, 1 Tbsp Brown Onion, 1 Tsp Yogurt, 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 2 Tsp Raw Papaya, 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder, and some Fresh Coriander together.

Once you have added all ingredients in the chopper, blend well until it will getting a smooth mixture. Now you can make round balls using the mixture. Get some oil on your hands before roll it because the mixture tries to stick on a dry surface.

Once you have rolled the balls, get a non-stick pan and preheat it for 5 min and put some oil on it. Now fry all the rounded balls on your non-stick pan. Make sure to fry all the sides of your rounded balls because the mixture is still raw. After frying all the Gola Kabab balls, you can serve with some chutney. That’s all.
