- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
How to Make Kababayan Bread?
It is easy to make Kababayan bread. All you need to do is combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients together. First of all, you need to Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Then get a bowl and put your all dry ingredients to it combine them. flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt are the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, mix wet ingredients together. Eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract are the wet ingredients. Whisk until it’s getting smooth.
Then add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and combine together until it’s getting smooth too.
Now get a muffin pan and grease it with melted butter. Then put the mixture into a muffin pan and bake at 350°F for 20-22 minutes.
Once it baked, get out from the oven and brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Then remove the breads from the muffin pan and enjoy it!.
