- 1/3 sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 2 cups of milk
- 3 tablespoons of custard powder
- ½ cup of condensed milk
- Raisins, Cashews and cherries (optional)
Steps to Make (Pineapple Pudding Recipe)
First, you can select a fresh pineapple for this. Then you have to clean and chop the pineapple into very small pieces and set those pieces aside.
Then take a pan and put the chopped pineapples into it with sugar and water. Now mix well and cook this paste until all water evaporate. Then you can keep it aside.
After that, take another pan and put milk and condensed milk into it. Then mix well.
While it boiling take a small cup and put 3 tablespoons of custard powder into it. Now mix it with some boiling milk until dissolved. Then pour it into the boiled milk and keep stirring until the boiled milk get thick.
Now take another small cup and keep aside 2 tablespoons of cooked pineapple for garnishing. After that, add the remained cooked pineapple pieces into the milk custard mixture and cook well.
Now switch off the flame.

Now, finally take a pudding tray. Then transfer the mixture into it.
